“God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and a sound mind.”  2 Timothy 1:7

We were created to have sound minds and hearts.  What happened?  Sin came into our lives and messed us up!

We are to be powerful because God is powerful.  We are to be loving because God is love.  What happened?  You got it.

Is there any hope for us?  Can we be healed?  Yes and yes!  We can do all things through Jesus Christ.

You believe that you have tried and that there is no hope for you.  Many times God uses other people to help us when we cannot go any farther.  This is the reason for Sound Mind and Heart Christian Counseling.  To come along side of you and help you find God’s will and healing for your life.

I encourage each of you to seek God daily through prayer and His Word.  In this Christmas season, we celebrate Christ’s birth.  He came to save each of us because He loves us.  No one should be struggling or in need.  If you want help, it is available.  Focus on God’s will for you.  He wants you to be healed and have a sound mind and heart.  Please let me know if we can help you.
